Working on a Mini Album..using DCWV's paper stack called Rustic..I think I am going to make a lot of little hidden areas in this mini album as well as using all the techniques I have used in other mini's I have made..I love doing Mini Albums..If you want to see some I have created in the past ...check out my Pinterest most of them are there to view..thanks for stopping by!!!

I am posting a picture of a new design...with a little tweaking here and a little tweaking there
We might have a Mikay Key-chain
Mike ( my hubby) does paracord bracelets and key chains..and I do altering of just about everything :D..
I altered this LARGE puzzle piece.. and Mike added his key-chain. I'll have to see what different ways
I can alter the puzzle pieces..this one I used gesso primer on it ( my homemade gesso ). I then chose a paper with words on it..I don't remember the paper line I used..:( though ). I adhered the paper down
with Mod Podge and also covered it with Mod Podge to give it shine..I think the
next one I will use Glossy Accents..

Thank You Cards

Here are two Thank You cards I have recently finished..They are very different in design.
This is because each card goes to someone who shared a Random Act of Kindness with me. It
was a total surprise. I had no idea I was getting these gifts..
Each gift was different in paper crafting items and this is why each card looks different..
The items from one of the gifts were items that others were finished with and would be discarding...items that others would probably not use..and I could pick from it and have whatever I felt I could use...I was totaly surprised that I was asked if I wanted these items...I generally never toss anything out...I feel everything can be used and has a purpose..( I never want to be discarded as if I have no purpose) so I think that is why I can never through anything away.
The other gift box was sent to me as a gift of kindness ...no strings attached..total surprise..I actually didn't know what to say...So in one week I received two RAK gifts.... each different....but both blessed me with the kindness of thinking of me...Very generous gifts, my first RAKs that I have ever received.

Altered Dress Form

I purchased this dress form from Goodwill a few weeks ago and yesterday I finished altering it.
The colors I chose to use are black for the dress..off white lace and peach lace. The shawl is
a crochet trim, and embellished with black bling trim
I have a video of this on my YouTube channel...

I hope you like this..I think it turned out pretty good..I am pleased with it..

Completed Swap

I Just wanted to sharing a completion of a swap I was in and have finialy gotten it sent out. I was in a group for a brief time and had done a few swaps. I am no longer in this group for various reasons but I am excited that my swap partner received her gift..I have made a few Crafting friends here in the crafting community and just wanted to say it is nice to be able to share with others who enjoy what you enjoy and can share ideas plus share what we create with each other..

Altered Mini Note-Book

I altered this little composition book..it was fun to do..but I have to admit I like doing my mini albums..love doing all the little pockets and hidden spots..after I finish the projects I am doing for a couple of challenges and swaps, I think I will alter a large composition book..

Finished Paper Clip

Yesterday I finished the Paper Clip that my daughter gave me to see what I could do with it...I
do like the way it turned out..Everything used on it is from my stash with the exception of the greenish blue lace..that I received from a swap I did with Alterjunkie on youtube..

Project in progress

This is a GIANT wood paper clip I am working toward altering..I will post a

pic of the finished project..It is 12inches long and 31/2 inches wide..

This is a paint brush holder..when it was given to me it was in its natural wood finish..but it 

couldn't stay that way..I just had to alter it..I think it turned out beautiful..I am so totally satisfied

at how it looks..:)

My homemade glimmer mist..and they work Great. I used water, folk art paints, LA shimmer

eye shadow, glue, and gold and matalic paint..I also heard that you can use alcohol and liquid

hair spray..but these are just as pretty as the name brands..
