New Cards

Here are just a few of the cards I am making..what fun I am having making these cards..I feel so blessed to have this free time to craft..Personalizing a card for someone is so rewarding..

Excited

I am sooo very excited..my first sale of the cards I have been making is the one posted below..the pink and black one..actually I think in all the years I have been crafting it is probably the first thing I have actually sold..other than maybe a few things here and there at yard sales.
The pink and black Memory Card below sold for $30.00 dollars, and it was auctioned off for that price..I am  so amazed..

I have crafted for many years and of all the different crafting projects I have made I find doing scrapbooking, making mini albums, and cards most rewarding...I love what I am doing..it,s not only rewarding but also relaxing..

Memory Card

This is what I call a Memory Card..The card it-self is made with one sheet of paper 12 by 12..if you use heavy card stock it will fray when it is creased.Each of the two fold-outs have a space for journaling and pictures..I have a few more of these Memory Cards I plan on posting.
I had also thought I would use these as Blessing Cards..to journal my walk with the Lord..My growth progress in Him. I am blessed to have this small gift of creating. Each one of these I will title different..
(My Journey of a Life Time) .... (Strength for my day and Peace for my night) ... (Special Moments) ... (Remember When) ...(Hugs Hugs) ...and (Something Special)... I will add verses that are special to me..verses that have given peace when needed and strength when needed. I will also add pictures that have blessed me numerous times. And I will add thoughts that have given me many different feelings both sad and happy.
One thing I have noticed is that the embellishments have to be very minimal, or the books seem to be very bulky.
I also have made a few Paper Bag Mini Albums. I love making them!!! lol..I love paper!!!!

This is a work in progress. I hope to post cards, mini albums, and a few other things that I create. This will be difficult for me...because I normaly do not show or share the things I make. I hope to have a few pictures up later this afternoon...
